eric penn is a virginia-born, nyc-based artist, writer, and producer. i joined his team in june 2024, around the release of his 'american fairytale' ep. as his business manager, i’m responsible for building a sustainable and profitable foundation for his career. this encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including artist branding, business operations, event production, marketing, and community building. my primary focus is to align all aspects of his business with eric's artistic vision and long-term goals, ensuring his authentic voice shines through in every interaction.
